Sonja and her assistant, Heather Strand, offer a highly professional level of service and are dedicated to meeting clients' needs whether they are buyers or sellers. Sonja has established herself as a highly motivated and detail oriented broker throughout Kitsap and surrounding counties. Since 2006, Sonja has been helping clients achieve their goals with dedication and integrity. 
 
Sonja brings many years of experience in market analysis and negotiating to each client to help navigate the many facets of real estate transactions so that she may achieve the best possible outcome for each client. Her hands-on approach at every level is crafted to educate as well as provide seamless service from beginning to end. She specializes in working with first-time home buyers, military buyers and sellers relocating, empty-nesters, luxury homebuyers and sellers, land buyers that want to build their dream homes and property investors.
 
Sonja and Heather are natives of the Pacific Northwest. They have knowledge of the unique attributes of the many regions represented around "The Sound" and specifically Kitsap County.
