"We started out with Sonja Tijmann through a recommendation from our bank. She has been nothing less than outstanding, a term I hold tight for only those I hold in the highest regard. Anything she was not 100% on, she put me in contact with the right people for specific financing or building questions in a timely manner. Not only is she an extremely professional, but the people she works with within these areas are as well. We move every couple of years and are moving across the country, again. She constantly took videos and even went on video chat to show us places from across the country. Without her help and guidance we no doubt would have lost an extraordinary amount of time putting in bids and losing them in the current "hot" market. She helped us navigate every option from new construction to remodeling and "Turnkey" places. Her knowledge of local lenders, inspectors, and contractors were instrumental in the success of finding a home we love. She always went the extra mile endeavoring to ensure the success of whatever plan we could come up with. One example of this was our remodel idea. We found a place that needed renovation badly and within 36 hours she dug up the real reason. Turns out that the property surrounding the building site turns into a duck pond from time to time. Something we never would've found out until it was too late."
